The Como Numi Wide 5.0 SPC is a rigid vinyl floor from Como's Luxury Vinyl range, imported and distributed in South Africa by Global Stream. Built on a 4mm stone composite core with a 1mm EVA acoustic backing, the Numi Wide 5.0 delivers a stable, fully waterproof floor suited to both residential and commercial environments. Six carefully selected oak and neutral colourways make it a versatile choice across living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.

SPC Core — Stable and Waterproof

The Numi Wide 5.0's stone plastic composite core is inherently rigid and dimensionally stable. The SPC core does not absorb moisture and will not swell, buckle, or delaminate when exposed to water — making it suitable for wet areas including bathrooms and kitchens. The 0.3mm wear layer, finished with a BP surface, provides everyday resistance to scratching, scuffing, and household foot traffic. A microbevel edge detail on all four sides gives each plank a defined, realistic appearance on the floor. Fire rated BfI-S1 and independently tested to Floorscore standards for formaldehyde emissions.

Six Colourways — Wide Plank Format

The Numi Wide 5.0 is available in six colourways — Samara Oak, Hamilton Oak, Edmonton Oak, La Palma Oak, Sierra Madre, and Mont Blanc — ranging from light cool neutrals to warm golden oaks. At 1220 x 229mm per plank, the wider format creates a sense of space and suits both open-plan living areas and smaller rooms. Eight planks per box covers 2.23m².

Easy DIY Installation

The Numi Wide 5.0 SPC installs as a floating floor using the Clic 2G Unilin click system. No glue is required. Planks connect with a simple angled fold-and-click action suitable for confident DIYers. Allow the product to acclimatise for 48 hours before installation. Maintain an expansion gap around all fixed perimeters. Compatible with dedicated underfloor heating systems only (maximum 27°C floor surface temperature) — tile or localised underfloor heating is not suitable and will void the warranty. The 1mm EVA backing removes the need for a separate underlay.
