How Our Price Match Works:
- Exact Same Product: The product must be identical to ours (same brand, model, colour, size, construction). We’ll determine if products are truly identical.
- Proof of Lower Price: We require a valid, written quote from a VAT-registered South African flooring retailer, dated within the last 7 days, clearly showing their business details and the identical product.
- Product Price Only: We only match the product’s price. This excludes any other accessories, transport costs, or bundled deals from the competitor’s quote.
- Minimum Quantity: To avoid matching clearance of small or end-of-batch stock, price matches apply only to quantities of 20m² or more of the identical product.
- Stock Availability: All price matches are subject to current stock availability.
- Verification: We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s advertised price and the legitimacy of their quote and business.
- Exclusions: This guarantee excludes clearance, liquidation, discontinued items, used products, bundle deals, wholesale prices and misprints.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any price match request that doesn’t meet our terms, or if the competitor’s price is below our cost price for the product.
