Exclusions: Sale items and Special Orders are non-returnable.

Why Special Orders? Flooring cut from rolls (broadloom carpet or sheet vinyl) is custom-sized for your room and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect.

Exact Same Product: The product must be identical to ours (same brand, model, colour, size, construction). We'll determine if products are truly identical.
Proof of Lower Price: We require a valid, written quote from a VAT-registered South African flooring retailer, dated within the last 7 days, clearly showing their business details and the identical product.
Product Price Only: We only match the product's price. This excludes any accessories, transport costs, or bundled deals from the competitor's quote.
Minimum Quantity: Price matches apply only to quantities of 20m² or more of the identical product.
Stock Availability: All price matches are subject to current stock availability.
